Returns & Refunds Policy
Returning your seeds
We give our customers 14 days to return any unwanted items back to us for a full refund. This time starts from the day of your delivery. We can only accept unopened returns. If you have broken the seal on your breeders packaging then we will not refund your order.

Along with your seeds please include your full name, order number and shipping address so that we can make a prompt refund. Returns that do not include this information could be majorly delayed.
If your return is seized or destroyed by Customs or a delivery service we will be unable to refund your payment or replace the products.
Before sending your return to us you need to contact us via our contact form to clarify it meets our returns policy. Any returned seeds must be sealed, unopened and in all of the original breeders packaging. The customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us.
We will make every effort to dispatch replacement products as quick as possible.
Obtaining a refund for your seeds
Before placing your order please double check your billing address and shipping address details. We are unable to replace or refund orders when an address error occurs.
We cannot accept ANY liability for items confiscated by any customs dept during shipping as it is your responsibility to ensure you follow your local & national laws regarding legalities of cannabis seeds in your location.
Our refund will only cover the cost of the products, we will not refund original shipping costs unless the product has arrived damaged.
